Endeavor Kicks Off 3 Spec Developments
Endeavor Development launched in January by industry veteran, Josh Budish. The firm is solely dedicated to industrial real estate. Budish enters the market with a depth of experience and knowledge in the industrial market, most recently as the vice president for the twin cities office of Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp.
“I felt it was the right time for me personally to make a move,” said Budish. “I felt it was the right time with respect to the market, where I see things currently and where I see them headed.”
Endeavor Development already has three development projects totaling over 260,000-square-foot including: Pilot Knob Business Center, Mendota Heights, Highview 610 Business Center, Brooklyn Park, and Yankee Doodle Business Center, Eagan. “We’ll be breaking ground on all three this spring and delivering this fall,” said Budish. “All speculative, all industrial.”
Minneapolis-St. Paul industrial market is showing only a 6 percent vacancy rate per Chicago-based JLL. “The number one driver for industrial real estate today is e-commerce,” said Budish.
